We start with a consultation that last about 2 hours. You will tell me about how you live in your space, what you hope to achieve, and how you envision the space. Measurements will be taken and we will discuss the process and what you can expect. For those unable to meet in person and prefer to complete the process virtually, we request that all measurements, images of the space, and inspirational photos be shared with us as soon as possible.
At the second in-person meeting you will be presented multiple design options. Once we agree on a direction we will develop a solid, achievable plan for your project. Additional meetings will be scheduled.
Virtual clients will receive a concept for the space to review which will include a floor plan and multiple 3D renderings. We will have another online or phone conversation to go over the details of the design and make any adjustments. This will lead to the completion of the final Design Bid Package. This information is for bid purposes only and is not intended to be used as construction or permit drawings.
You need good information to provide for contractors to bid on.
Your final package will include:
● Dimensioned Floor Plan
● Mechanical Plan
● Cabinet Plan & Item List
● Detailed Elevations
The final package is for biding only. They are not intended for construction or permit purposes.
Pricing will vary based on the overall scope of the project. The initial fee is credited towards the agreed upon package price.
